Joe Mommas Grille and Stone has been serving the Charlotte area from the same location since 1993. The owner, Chris Maher, is a native of Vineland, New Jersey. Chris moved to Charlotte over 20 years ago and when he did, he brought with him some of his best New Jersey recipes. Charlotteans have given him a warm welcome ever since. Joe Mommas was featured in the Charlotte Observer as ‘best place for Cheesesteaks’ in 2005 and received glowing reviews on their hand tossed Pizza pies. Over the years, Joe Mommas has also become the caterer businesses and families look to for their special events and functions.
